Note: The colours mentioned refer to those displayed on the calendar when making a selection (For Kymin Pickup, select the Pink option). Some options may not be available for some items as we are unable to transport them via all methods or to certain locations. Please see additional information in the item's listing for more details.

Our Courier Service is free with all methods. Currently only accepts Cash payments upon handover, though card payments can be arranged (see Payment Methods)

Cargo E-Bike (Orange)

• CF64 area only (Penarth, Cogan, Dinas Powys, Lavernock, Llandough, Michelston-Le-Pit, Sully & Swanbridge).
• Can only carry items that fit safely into the cargo box.
  • Due to this restriction, multiple trips may be required, depending on what items have been scheduled.
• Scheduled Wed & Sat 1300-1500 (scheduled time depends on volunteer courier availability, which may necessitate an out-of-hours reschedule).
• Out of Hours by arrangement.
• E-Bike Courier Service is also subject to adverse weather conditions, which may prevent/delay this service.

E-Van (Grey/Green/Aquamarine)

• Carries most items, including many that cannot be carried by cargo e-bike / on foot (see item listings for exclusions).
• Operates across The Vale of Glamorgan.
• Can also deliver to Cardiff by arrangement.

• Note: This information is based on borrowing from Benthyg Penarth. If you are looking to borrow from Benthg Barry,  or Cardiff  based Benthygs ACE or Splott, you will need to Contact Them to discuss possible delivery arrangements, including for outside of their areas. You will also need to register with them separately.

On Foot (Local Penarth Only)

• On foot deliveries are for small, easily carried items only, and our large extension ladder (that cannot fit in the e-van).
• Restricted to within Penarth only, distance at discretion of courier and arranged by us internally.
• Out-of-hours special arrangements only.
